Badminton was first played in Charlton in 1938. Over the years juniors have played in Victorian teams and Charlton College has won many Victorian Secondary School Sports Association State Championships.
The Club enjoys a large following with women’s, men’s and children’s competitions. The venue, which has five courts, is located in the Charlton Sports Stadium in Davies Street (next to Charlton College).
